We offer continuous tableside service of our freshly prepared meats accompanied by access to our fresh harvest salad bar and assorted chef’s hot side dishes. A special token provided to each guest allows them to signal the Gaucho chefs: the green side indicates they are ready to receive service, and the red side stops the service. The guest can resume service whenever they like!

Expect on the table crispy polenta with a dusting of parmesan, caramelized bananas, and garlic mashed potatoes. Fried yucca, french fries, and chilis torreados (roasted habaneros and jalapenos with grilled onions) are also available upon request at no additional cost.
Parties of 6 or more are subject to 20% gratuity.

Our continuous dining concept does not allow for uneaten portions to be taken from the restaurant. Prices listed are per person.
Children are welcome to all the same experiences as adults, and pricing is reduced based on their age. Children up to 3 years are complimentary, 4 to 6 years are $10 regardless of the experience they choose, and children 7 to 12 years old may select any experience at half price.
